Food was good and it came out quickly. It was clean in dining room and bathroom. Nice.
Jill seemed overwhelmed and didn't greet us with a smile. I work in customer service and understand what it's like to be on her side of the counter. If I was a mgr there I would definitely recommend that she have further training on how to deal with customers effectively even when she's having a terrible day.
The food was good but we had to wait some time before anyone came to take our order. Then the soda machine was out of about 5 different popular drinks and shut down all together for a bit. Maybe just a bad day
Waited 10 mins at counter no cashier other employees just look at us and walk past. Complained to the manager he was rude not even a sorry. Said not his job to supervise.
Bathroom was filthy. Trash over flowing in all outdoor trash cans. Extremely hot inside. A.c. was not on or working
